For next-day delivery,
please place your order between Monday -Thursday to ensure it arrives the following day. Orders placed after 1pm will be dispatched on the next working day.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be dispatched on the next working day. -

Please note that all delivery times are approximate, and while we strive to meet them, we cannot guarantee specific timeframes. Delivery Information Standard Delivery:
Delivery in approximately 3-4 working days after your order has been processed.
Orders placed after 2pm on Friday will be processed the following Monday. 1st Class Delivery: Delivery in approximately 2-3 working days
after your order has been processed. Orders placed after 3pm on Friday will be processed the following Monday.
Please note, LarissaLashes is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. This is completely out of our control and we will do everything to ensure we can help where possible but this out of our control and cannot take any liability nor responsibility for it Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email.
After receiving your shipping confirmation, Royal Mail will have the most up-to-date information regarding your package.
We are not liable for packages once they leave our premises.
If your items are being shipped to a business address, please ensure both the business name and recipient's name are included.
RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
Please note:
We do not accept returns, but we are happy to offer exchanges as long as the item is sealed, unopened/used.
We only offer refunds on items that are faulty.
However all our items are carefully checked and managed for quality before shipping by the team here at larissalashes, if for any reason you are unhappy with an item received, please contact us within 15 days so we can help solve and ensure a solutions has been found, please attached photos, videos where needed and a full description so we can then make sure this has been assessed and dealt with accordingly.
We are not liable for any costs of returns, lost or damaged goods by a third party. If you want to send an item back you must cover the cost of any returning items and additional charges.
If we receive an item back that we do not think is eligible for a refund, a refund will not be processed and your item may be sent back out to you. Please note, we are not liable for the costs of returning any items. If you are wanting to send a product back to us, the shipping costs will be covered by the customer. In the occasion where an item you have ordered is out of stock, you will be contacted via email with the option of exchanging these items or receiving a refund. If we do not get a reply within 24 hours (unless stated otherwise in the email) then a refund will be automatically processed. Please allow 3-5 working days for this refund to show in your account.
